Living Well with Dementia In-Person
Everyone in the community knows someone affected by dementia/Alzheimer’s. The challenges for the individual and for care partnerscan be overwhelming. The Carolyn L. Farrell Foundation is a resource in northeast Ohio for individuals and families to learn about methods to cope in a more positive manner. The foundation provides a variety of arts enrichment and wellness programs to promote socialization and engagement opportunities along with family counseling and support programs. This session will introduce these programs and other community resources as well.
