Coping and Calming In-Person

This hands on training will help you learn how to calm yourself and identify your active coping skills to tend to your mental health and well-being. We will cover mindfulness techniques and practice biopsychosocial coping methods in real time. Participants will leave with a sense of empowerment and useful techniques to help manage their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors.
