Belly Dance Fusion In-Person
Unlock your core with the ancient art of belly dance! Suitable for beginners and seasoned dancers alike, belly dancing is a fantastic workout – access your deep core muscles, tone your arms and legs, and get your heart pumping with this magical dance form. Holly's unique style fuses belly dance, fitness, and mindfulness in a way that builds both skill and confidence.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is safe for pregnancy, as well as for participants who may struggle with joint problems and/or pelvic health issues. Wear something you can comfortably move in!
Patrons will be expected to sign the Library's Liability Waiver before participating. Registration is required.
