The Kalimba King In-Person
The Kalimba King, Carl Winters, will be visiting the library to share with us his passion for performing the kalimba—African thumb pianos. He’ll take families through the history of the kalimba, play song selections featuring educational songs, jazz, and blues, and also offer the the audience the opportunity to play the kalimba as well.
This program is intended for all ages.
